Editor’s Note of Kairali Theatre, Thampanoor

Out of the oldest and most reputed auditoriums in Trivandrum is Kairali Theatre located at Thambanoor. A regular haunt of the city’s thespians and art lovers, various drama, cultural programs and seminars are organized here for. It hosts plays of well known as well as amateur theater groups. This auditorium opens daily from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Bringing the best of the art works; Kairali Theatre has a well maintained and decorated stage and is quite spacious with a seating capacity for about 450 people in one of the theatre and for 900 people in the second. The tickets for the programs being hosted here depend upon the organizer.
