Cocoa by Belgique's first outlet opened up at the Select Citywalk Mall in Saket, South Delhi and I vaguely remember stopping by at for a quick drink there. For food tasting, however, I headed to their newer outlet at the Pacific Mall at Rajouri Garden. Located on the ground floor, Cocoa by Belgique is a small-cosy place with a nice outdoor seating!
