From the Marwari phrase ‘Padharo Mhare Desh’, meaning Welcome to my Land, Crowne Plaza Rohini gets the name for their ongoing Rajasthani culinary festival called the Padharo Food Festival. True to the name, the vibe at Mosaic, all-day dining restaurant at the Crowne Plaza Rohini, is truly welcoming. And even though it says Food Festival, it extends itself beyond food and brings together the culture and tradition of the arid and exotic land into the restaurant.
