People know him as Punjabi music's true urban balladeer, who has fine tuned the semi-Sufi, semi-folksy genre of music with a refined edge of creativity. Whatever he composes touches the heart and lingers in the mind for long. 2005’s chart topper Bulla Ki Janna is the glowing example. Rabbi Shergill, he is! It’s time he rocks the stage once again.
