Nimal Thadani along with Christine Rai conceptualized a cooking course where students get their hands dirty and really do some cooking! Zaffiro @ Zaza jumped in to be the host and they brought in internationally renowned Chef Richard Coombes to head the course. The classes were held at the beautiful terrace space of Zaffiro @ Zaza.
