Being a Delhite, who has not heard about Amatrra (India’s only metropolitan lifestyle spa), a premier holistic health and wellness solutions provider! The place has got several laurels to its credit and proudly rests in the premises of Ashok Hotel at Chanakyapuri, Delhi. But, still if you have not heard about it, it's time to hit the place for Amatrra has recently launched its health cafe Ambrosia, which offers an exotic array of spa cuisine that is not only deliciously tempting but also absolutely nutritious.

Ambrosia is the first spa cuisine restaurant in the city and its menu has been specially done up by the expert chefs and nutritionists, a menu that goes perfectly well with work-outs and exercises. Do not believe us? Pay them a visit and when you lay your eyes on the menu you will be convinced for sure!

Here is what they offer: for the vegetarians – Soya Kebabs with Balti Broccoli, Green Moong Wrap, Hoisin-Tofu Wrap, Burritos Wrap, Fresh Wood Fired Salad Pizzas and so on. Non vegetarians can lay their hands on Basil and Olive Oil Chicken, Tamarind and Rosemary Chicken, Salmon Tikka, Bruschetta Fireworks, Asparagus and Chicken Wrap, Tandoori Fish and Mint Wrap etc.

Soups are unmissable if health is on your mind. You can take a pick from Almond and Broccoli Soup, Slimmer Surprise, Tomato and Jasmine Soup, Tomato and Chicken Rassam and like. And for those of you who can't stay without alcohol, don't be disappointed already. Ambrosia has a bar too and guess what? It's got some healthy stuff for you to sip. Try their Masala Mojito, Watermelon Mojito, Hot-Days Life-Line, Alphanso Smoothie, Green Apple Panna amongst other stuff.

Never finish off a meal without desserts and more so when the desserts are delicious and nutritious. Some offerings from the Ambrosia kitchen are Mango Rabri, Rose Wine Kulfi, Gulab Jamun on Baileys, Berry and Yoghurt Mousse, Ambrosia Platter and so on.

Don't think you need more reasons to drop by at the Ambrosia Cafe. The ambiance is chilled out and the decor is contemporary and chic. And here's a place where you can indulge without having to give a damn about those calories! Fantastic, isn't it?
