Whether its tyrant summer heat roasting you like a bread toast or the pitter-patter of the monsoon showers, delighting every inch of your mind and the soul, there’s one thing, which you will always unerringly nod your head for, without indulging even in a second thought and that is super scrumptious, enticingly mind blowing, thandi ice cream. (We all scream for ice cream!)
Take a look at some easy to prepare, mouth watering ice cream recipes and enjoy and relish the ever-tasty frozen treats at home!
Scrumptious Chocolate Treat

You require -
• 5 tablespoons of cocoa
• 1 (large can) of condensed milk
• 250 ml milk
Procedure -
• Keep cocoa powder soaked in some hot water.
• Now, mix milk and condensed milk together and add to it the dissolved cocoa.
• Stir well the mixture and transfer it into an ice cream maker.
• Mix for 5 minutes.
• Refrigerate and enjoy the yummy taste.
Enticing Mango Mania

You require -
• 1-2 ripe mangos
• 1/4 cup sugar
Ingredients for Ice Cream Base
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure
• Make mango puree, add ¼ cup sugar to it and transfer it into an airtight container.
• Chill this mixture for minimum one hour, try to keep it for as long as 24 hours for rich flavour, if possible.
• Take 3/4 cup of milk and add 2/3 cup sugar to it, stir till the time sugar dissolves well.
• Now add 1 cup of mango puree, 2 cups of cream and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
• Mix well and pour the mixture into an ice-cream maker.
• Mix it for 20-25 minutes.
• Refrigerate it and enjoy.
Chilled Pista Kulfi

You require -
• 4 cups milk
• 8 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp ground green cardamom seeds
• 1tbsp skinned pistachios (thinly sliced)
• 1 tbsp skinned almonds (finely ground)
Procedure -
• Bring the milk to boil and then reduce the flame and let it heat till it gets reduced to 3/4, stirring continuously.
• Add sugar and cardamom seeds and let it boil for couple of more minutes.
• Add nuts to it and allow it to cool.
• Now pour this mixture into kulfi molds.
• Freeze for 6 hours or until it gets set.
• Remove kulfi from the mold using sharp knife and transfer it onto the dessert plate.
• Cut it into pieces and serve.
