People are falling in love every minute somewhere all around the globe. This sentence is the only cliché in this article, I promise. It’s great except when the forces of society, history and stereotypes get in the way. Love across religion, color, caste, nationality, you name it, is still not accepted. Maybe times are changing, the only thing is, they’re not. Exceptions are okay, but the majority isn’t. Closer home, our people face objections and rejections purely because of caste/religion differences. Who would want to see the qualities of the person when religion isn’t the same, moreover love is not even considered here, isn’t it just something kids do, something they think they know but in reality don’t - Is what the ‘wise’ say.
What has religion got to do with love? So the person is from a different religion, some habits may be different, brought up differently, prays to a different God, in a different manner, yada, yada, yada. Still don’t see the connection really. Besides wh..
