Editor’s Note of Body & Soul, Viman Nagar

Body and Soul, with a branch at Viman Nagar in Pune, is a two-year-old, unisex saloon cum gym that provides multiple services. Some of the commonly provided services include Ayurvedic massage, bleach, bridal and party make up, coloring, facials, hair cutting and treatment, manicures, mehandi, pedicure, piercing, styling, threading and waxing. It also offers a range of fitness programs like weight loss, muscle toning, body building, weight gain, body fitting etc. Body and Soul has a staff of specialized beauticians, personal trainers, dermatologists, dieticians and nutritionists with sufficient experience and skill. Other than the above mentioned services, it also provides customized wedding packages at reasonable costs. Here, facial charges start from Rs.500 onwards and hair spa starts from Rs.1500. It remains open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 8 PM.
