Editor’s Note of Fun N Food Village, Kapashera

As the title refers to, Fun n Food Village is a delightful mix of unlimited entertainment. Here, you can tuck into a thoughtful variety of tasty delights at the food court or simply splash down into longest water slide in the country. Located at Old Delhi-Gurgaon Highway, this popular amusement park was inaugurated by former President of India, Giani Zail Singh in 1993. Here, the Mono Rail and Flying Carpet are hot favourites among the kids, while the wave pool and racing slides give a fun high to the adults. And if you are not the kind who wishes to churn their bones by taking a ride, then just relish watching the traditional craftsmen demonstrating their skills. Fun N Food Village remains open daily from 9:30 AM to 8 PM and the entry fees for children here is Rs. 400, while for the adults it is Rs. 450. Timings for winters are usually from 9 AM to 9:30 PM.
