Cafe Turtle is a very inviting coffee shop located above the the full circle book store in Middle Lane, Khan Market. The charm about Cafe Turtle is not the food but the ambiance, the coffee and the desserts. Cafe Turtle is one perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and read a book. It is so relaxing and warm that you almost feel at home. They have a bunch of fresh juices which are really good. The food is mostly passable with not much consistency in tastes. They serve soups, salads, pastas, pizzas and sandwiches. You can try the Bruschettas, Mushroom and Garlic Patte, Channa Salad, Arrabiata, Achaari Aloo or pick any Pizza from the menu. The menu also features Falafel and Hummus, Pita Pockets, Lasagne, Pocket Pie, Quiche, Nachos and Salsa, Lebanese Platter and more. Amongst beverages, besides coffee, there's fresh juice, iced teas, teas, smoothies, cold coffees, milk shakes, lassi and such drinks with traditional touch like Amla Drink and Jamun Drink. Don't expect any excellency in food and even though the service is slightly slower than you would expect, it is rather warm and welcoming. The cakes and breads however, are the clear winner here and are a must try. Fresh home-made breads and cookies are available to pick up. The cafe serves only vegetarian fare. There is a lot of potential in Cafe Turtle to emerge as one of the leading brands but the charm about this place is unbeatable definitely. It is a 45-seater cafe and provides home delivery services upto 3.5 KMs.
