I recently went to Dessange's New Friends Col salon for the first time. After I traveled some 25 km and reached, I was informed that the relevant hair-dresser was on leave and all others were busy, and I was asked to take another appointment for another day. They then reluctantly asked another guy (some Rajesh) to attend to me, who very kindly spent some 20 minutes just advising me and then as soon as his other client came, suggested in very polite words that I wait and grow my hair longer and return after some time. And to top it it was quite contrary to the haircut her was suggesting at the time his client arrived. Sure enough I am not returning to this place.
