Editor’s Note of Adventure Island, Rohini

Adventure Island is the latest addition to the family of amusement parks in the city and is located at Rohini. Easily accessible by the Delhi Metro and spread over 62 acres of land area, it is attached to the Metro Walk Mall. Adventure Island is a result of 50% partnership between Unties and International Amusement Ltd., the promoters of Appu Ghar. This international-style based theme and amusement park remains open daily from 1 PM to 10 PM. Some of the rides that you can enjoy here are Cyclone, Bush Buggies, Flip Put, Space Jump, Fire Brigade, Wild Wheels, Z Force, Sidewinder, Derby Devils, Sky Riders, Lighting Bold, Twister, Splash Dunk, Air Bus, Float Boat, Rocking Tug, Trail Train and Bumper Cars etc. A place where you can mix pleasure with leisure, Adventure Island has been functioning since 2007. It also houses a restaurant where you can tease your palate with a scrumptious and delicious array of food items. The entry to this amusement cum water park is paid. The charges during weekend and holidays are Rs. 350 for adults and Rs. 270 for kids. The charges during weekdays are Rs. 220 for adults and Rs. 170 for kids.
