Editor’s Note of Shvatra, Ghatkopar West

Shvatra is a pure vegetarian restaurant featuring Punjabi, North Indian, Marwari and Chinese fare. It is popular for the Jain preparations, the quick service and the authentic flavours! Located at the third floor of the R-City Mall in Ghatkopar West, Shvatra remains open all days from 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM. Things to try here are Buttermilk, Chaas, Vegetable Dehati, Butter Phulkas and more! The Jalebi with Rabri and Moong Dal Halwa are hot favourites for desserts. Shvatra can seat about 120 people at a time but during evenings and weekends, you might have to wait to get yourself seated due to the heavy rush of foodies. Charges for two people are close to Rs. 500 to Rs. 600.
