Editor’s Note of La Cucina, Salt Lake City

La Cucina is an Italian-style inspired kitchen and bar at the Hyatt Regency located at the lobby area. This family-style, resto-bar maintains a dining venue along with a bar lounge, a private dining room and a chef’s table. It has been serving customers since the past five years and is adorned with a creative blend of fabric, metal, wood and stones, creating a warm and contemporary ambiance in Italian style. La Cucina serves the most unique and authentic choice of Italian cuisine and Western wines that can be enjoyed with soft country and Jazz music. It is open daily only for dinner from 6 PM to 12 at mid night and lunch is served only on Sundays from 3 PM to 12 AM. exclusive Sunday lunch at La Cucina serving antipasti and dolci buffet, along with pasta, risotto, vegetarian and non vegetarian main course that is served directly from the pan to the plate. Two person can dine in here for more than Rs. 2000 on an average.
