About Chaderghat, Hyderabad
Chanderghat is located on the banks of the River Musi in Hyderabad. Chanderghat Bridge was constructed during the period of Nizams, it connects major localities to the main city. The place was declared a municipality in 1886, later in 1993; it was conjoined with Hyderabad Municipality to form Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Chanderghat abounds in malls and grocery stores. It also houses Hyderabadi restaurant Niagara and a noted movie theatre Tirumala. The place also boasts of some old schools.
