Primarily representing a planned residential area, K.K Nagar is a small township located in the southern premises of Chennai. The region is one of the few planned townships in the city and is spread as a rectangular landmass with traversing roads running through the region.

The locality is marked by several apartments. The entire region consists of 12 blocks, from 1 to 12. The divisions are marked by straight roads running from north to south and from east to west. The region is among one of the ideal places to reside in the city as it is provided with many facilities and amenities including apartments, schools, local markets and hospitals.

Have a great time exploring local attractions such as Sivan Park, ISKCON temple, Natesan Park and Vadapalani Temple. The Sivan Park is one of the few, well maintained and lush land area in the middle of the city with many beautiful lawns and nicely laid out sidewalks.
