JW Marriott Chandigarh brings exclusive dishes, favourites of the royals, from all over the country in the Maharaja Food Festival from February 11 to February 24. Enjoy bespoke culinary offerings at authentic North Indian Restaurant, Saffron. Relish mouth watering royal dishes ranging from Banno Kebab, Chutney Wali Bater, Murgh Ke Soole, Paneer Ke Soole with Palak Ki Shammi, Makai Aur Gucchi Ki Seekh besides royal desserts like Zauk-E-Shahi, Anjeer Ke Shahi Tukre and Badam Ka Halwa. Special Kashmiri kava will be served after the meals to add a royal touch to your dining experience. Relish mouth-watering delicacies with an option of an a la carte or a 3 course menu set menu (5 starters, 5 dishes on the main - course, 1 dessert) to choose from. The menu is crafted in a way that both the vegetarian and non vegetarian guests will be able to indulge and enjoy a selection of set menus. Set menus with alcohol are also available. Savour Kebabs and some of the choicest dishes from the royal kitchen with Maharaja Non-vegetarian and Maharaja vegetarian Kebab platter including starters, Dal Makhani, Indian breads and Desserts.You can choose from a selection of exclusive spirits which include Royal Salute Whisky, 12 years and also enjoy whisky based cocktails such as Maharaja Shahi Jaam and Maharani Shahi Nazakat. A Maharaja Package has also been crafted specially for the guests. It is an all inclusive package priced at Rs. 10000 which includes pick and drop (from and to Tricity only) in a 7-series BMW, with Sparkling Wine placed in the care and set menu for two including a peg of Royal Salute Whisky. You can also participate in the Maharaja Food Festival lucky draw.
