From July 12 to July 30, Cafe at JW-the all-day dinning restaurant at JW Marriott Chandigarh will be transformed into culinary gateway to China as the hotel demonstrates the authentic Sichuan cuisine. Sichuan cuisine refers to the preparations from the Sichuan region of China, known for its bold flavors and spices. Sous Chef, Hemant Sharki, has set up a special live table for the guests to enjoy hand pulled noodles, pecking duck and many more delicious options. Chef will prepare the fascinating and ancient hand-pulled noodles live to delight the diners craving for the authentic and interesting experience of Chinese food. The dinner buffet brings an exciting and exclusive opportunity to taste some of the traditional flavours of China, particularly Sichuan with a feast of assorted appetizers to soups, salads, carving stations, mains and a selection of delicious desserts. Select from the handmade noodles, steamed dimsums, live hot pot soup and steamed pancakes. Apart from all these there will be an array of choices in salads, grills and desserts influenced by the Chinese cuisine. To give the guests an ambience for a true Chinese experience there will be red placemats on the tables and Chinese cruet set along with chopsticks to give the guests the true taste of Chinese culture.
