An evening of stand up comedy with the baldest Bhat and the biggest Bhat! Get ready for pure madness and uncontrolled laughs with Tanmay Bhat from Bombay and Dr. Shyam, Bhat from Bangalore! Hosted by stand up comedian Sundeep Rao on July 7 at B Flat, Bagalore from 8:30 PM to 11 PM. Tanmay Bhat is a member of the Cardinal Bengans, India's foremost improv comedy troupe. He also works with Weirdass Comedy, a comedy-consultancy that conceptualizes and scripts large events (The Filmfare Awards), offers entertainment at high profile events (The Ad Club Awards, EEMAX Awards among others), and scripts films and television content. Tanmay was seen alongside Vir Das, Ashwin Mushran and a host of other comedy stars on Star World's first-ever Indian New Year's Special RIPping the Decade, which he also co-wrote. In August, Tanmay as a part of Weirdass Comedy performed at The Fringe Festival, the world's largest arts festival in Scotland. As a stand-up comedian, Tanmay's material is edgy, political, observational, and adult in its sensibilities. Dr. Shyam Bhat is a Bangalore boy and practicing medical Doctor, Shyam brings out the flavor of the city, its hidden secrets and its citizens philosophies! A regular performer on the Bangalore comedy circuit, Shyam also performs at the Comedy Store in Bombay.
