Editor’s Note of Only Fish, High Grounds

This September everything is fishy about the Lalit Ashok, Bangalore's Gourmet Express. Get onto the 'Only Fish'journey, a ten day festival and marinate your taste buds with the varied northern, southern, Eastern and Western flavours of India. Chef mani Mohan Pathak has planned a variety of fish dishes. One can get started with Pomfret Maach Bhajaa, Bangda Fry, Barbequed Skewered Fish Tikka and Kane Rava Fried Fish. The main course will have Sarson Bata Macch, Fish Reacheado, Lucknowi Machili Curry, Nellur Chappala Pulusu to name a few. One can also enjoy Tawe Ki Sev with Ghumta Jaa dessert. Each dish will be served with choice of steam rice, appam, sannas and paratha. Get your appetite ready for the unfolding of fishy affairs.
